Refunds:
Refunds are not offered for missed classes. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and a 25% fee may apply to cover materials and preparation. Please contact us via email if you have any concerns.

Cancellations:
In the event of inclement weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel class. If this occurs, you will have the option to receive a refund for the missed class or apply it toward a future class (if applicable).

Sick Policy:
If you or your child(ren) are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend class. This helps keep all participants healthy and happy! Please reach out to discuss your options.

Photos:
We take photos during class to capture all the fun! Before sharing on social media or our website, we cover children's faces with stickers. We kindly ask that if you share any photos that include other children, you do the same unless you have explicit permission from their parent or guardian.

Kindness Policy:
We believe in fostering a welcoming environment for everyone. Please be kind and respectful. No foul language or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

What to Expect:
Each class is unique! Some sessions may include reading books, playing movement games, having discussions, or other fun activities in addition to crafting. The Wonder Club aims to provide an enriching experience where children can discover new concepts and create exciting projects.

What to Wear & Snacks:
Classes can get messy, so please have your child wear play clothes. We ask that snacks be saved for before or after class (outside the classroom), unless necessary. We understand that every family has unique needs, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Drop-Off Policy:
Our classes are not drop-off classes. A parent or guardian must stay with their child during the session. You’re welcome to relax and observe or join in the fun! We encourage participation but ask that you let your child lead the way.
